A thoughtful, fair application process

Lux Management Group looks at the whole picture—not just a single number. Our consistent process follows fair housing laws while helping residents find a home that fits.

There is no rigid three-times-the-rent income rule and no minimum credit-score requirement. Income, credit, rental history, employment, and other information are considered together.

What we review

Verifiable income and ability to meet lease obligations.
Credit history, rental history, references, identity, and background as permitted by law.
The complete application for every adult who will reside in the home.

Compensating factors

Strong references, stable employment, documented assets, a qualified co-signer or guarantor, or an explanation of a past issue may provide context. We may request reasonable documentation.

Fair housing and EOHP

Lux follows the federal Fair Housing Act, Arizona fair housing requirements, and the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, including A.R.S. § 33-1301. We do not discriminate based on any protected class, and the same process applies to every applicant. We welcome emotional support animals and reasonable accommodation requests under the Fair Housing Act and Arizona law.
