Application Process & Requirements

Every adult aged 18 or older who will reside in the property must submit a separate application and pay a nonrefundable fee of $75. We aim to process applications within 3-5 business days, depending on the speed of responses from employers, previous landlords, and references. A minimum credit score of 500 is required, and your credit grade may influence the security deposit amount and eligibility for our Risk Mitigation Program.

What You'll Need To Begin

Before starting your application, please ensure you have the following documents ready to streamline the process:

1. Photo ID

2. Pay stubs or tax return if self-employed (proof of income 3x Rent)

3. Rental History (addresses and Landlord contact information)

4. References (personal and/or professional)

5. Vehicle information (make, model, and plate numbers)

6. Renters Insurance information(or Agency name that will provide it)

7. Credit card or Bank information for $75 application fee
