Carlie Tomaszewski, Founder & Principal. Lux Management Group was built by investors, for investors. Our shared team manages rental portfolios across multiple markets with the perspective of owners who understand the work firsthand. Every policy at Lux, from tenant screening standards to maintenance cost controls, reflects what an investor expects from a property manager.
Our shared Lux team serves Arizona, Florida, and Alabama. In Arizona, licensing is through Keller Williams Realty Phoenix. Florida and Alabama operations are handled by Lux Management Group.
