How does it work?
Refer an owner. Once they sign with Lux, submit the agreement so the referral is tracked.
Who can refer?
Real estate agents and referral partners may participate.
How are commission and payout terms handled?
The Agent Referral form states a flat $500 referral fee. Payment timing and other terms are governed by the Agent Referral Agreement.

Use the Agent Referral Program form.
When is payment made?
Payment begins at the start of the first management month after the owner signs.

Lux reviews the referral, contacts the owner, and confirms next steps.
