About Lux Management Group

Built by investors, for investors. We manage homes with practical experience, clear communication, and an owner-first approach.

Our story

Lux Management Group was founded by Carlie Tomaszewski, an investor who built the company after managing her own rental portfolio. That experience informs how we care for owners, residents, and every home in our portfolio.

One Lux team. Local knowledge.

Our team supports owners and residents across Arizona, Florida, and Alabama with responsive service and market-aware property management.
